12/26/04 St. Pete
The day after Christmas we had a
little swell from one of this weak winter's fronts.
Not much choppy in the morning, and cleaning up
in the evening. These pics were from the evening.

This was a weak fron that
really brough nothing but
wind, the waves only got to
knee to thigh and choppy.

ESA Competition at Venice Bch, South Jetty.
Waves were clean solid waist to chest, a great
day for left over swell in Venice.

These are the days you prey for on the Gulf Coast.
Light wind conditions and a ground swell from something
far away. Perfect little conditions.

We got board of no waves and went east for a weekend.

Much better then the flat gulf.

After the way that front came through.
You would think there would have been more
the next day. But that is how the whole winter went.

The front came through packing a punch.
The whole day was solid waist to chest.
We got it clean in the morning in St. Pete.

The temps hadnt really drop too much yet.

9/26/04 Hurricane Jeanne
One of the many good hurricane swells we had
in the gulf durring 2004. Great pictures of the swell.

9/19/04 Orlando Surf Expo
Pictures for the '04 Surf Expo and trade show.
This is one of the biggest surfing events for all
the people in the industry we love.

9/15/04 Hurricane IVAN
This was the one. The strongest and most devistating
hurricanes to make landfall in the U.S. WFL set up for
perfect conditions. The best the gulf has seen in over a decade.

September 2004 was a active month for us in the
gulf, better yet the whole hurricane season was
active for us in the gulf. This is a section with lots
of coverage from Hurricane Frances.

8/12/04 Hurricane Charlie
Thursday 8/12/04 around 9am - a level 1 evacuation
was called for Pinellas County Flood Zone A. This was
more of a scare with not much surf. Some pictures of the waves.
