Wednesday November 6th Manatee County 9:00am Conditions are calm this morning. Hurricane Rafael is expected to strengthen before reaching Western Cuba today. Looks like the track is expected to go a little further westward in comparison to a few days ago. Looks like we should have small scale surf that sticks around for a couple days starting later tomorrow. We recommended taking a look at the water quality reports and checking resources to see whether spots are open before making any decisions. We’ll keep you posted, have an awesome day!
